Portrait Sessions – Your Investment

A typical family session covers a group of 4-6 people, it is approximately 1 hour and usually yields 20-40 final processed images. Each session starts at $275 (taxes are included in that number already!) Any tolls, parking, and/or admission fees will be added to your total to be paid before you receive your order. For sessions that take longer than 1 hour, you will be charged in half hour increments of $50/each. The first hour does come with a ten minute roll over buffer, after ten minutes you will be charged an extra $50.

A typical wedding with between 50-100 guests and a moderate sized wedding party of 6-10 people will start right around $1200 for 4 hours of coverage. Each additional hour is $200. For larger weddings where a second shooter would be needed, please send an inquiry with exact details so I can give you an accurate quote! All wedding albums are processed to brighten smiles that need it, buff out harsh scars and stray strands of hair or the awkward object/person in the background, and a general reduction in acne/blemishes.

A typical elopement ceremony lasts around an hour and starts at $400. You get all the same options as the starter wedding package above!

For the bride on a budget who wants no editing at all, you can build your own package for a rate of $75 per hour on site, any excess travel, parking, and meal fees incurred will be added to your total. Be aware with this option, that no lighting will be adjusted, no cropping will be applied, no teeth will be brightened. You are getting the RAW images (they will be converted to JPEG so that you can easily view, print, and share them) The budget bride package has a hour limit of 6 hours.

I offer a few different publication options, such as: Images on a DVD ($15), or Thumbdrive Delivery ($35). All orders include online album download at no extra charge! I can also work with you to curate a photo album or prints from a number of online retailers I have worked with in the past.

Your session fee (50% of your quoted total)  is due 1-3 weeks before your session (this is your deposit that locks in your session date and time). This commits both you and I to your session. You can pay this deposit using most major credit and debit cards via PayPal’s secure Invoicing system, or you may elect to pay with your own PayPal balance (although a PayPal account is not necessary to complete your payment.) I will never see any of your financial information, PayPal is merely my payment processor so your information is always safe! You may always add extra options after your session (like beauty edits or physical prints), however, any left over balance is due BEFORE you receive your order.  If for some reason, you or I have to cancel your session, notice should be made AT LEAST 48 hours in advance to reschedule if possible.

Turn around time:

-For Family Portraits please allow me up to two weeks to process your order, (though most of the time I am finished within a week!)
-For Wedding Photography, orders are 3-6 weeks depending on the size of your wedding. If I feel it will take longer than that, I will let you know when we initially discuss your wedding.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
